HRC Right to Information Trust NGO has made significant contributions by providing free medical support for children in need. They have facilitated 18 heart surgeries, addressing critical congenital heart conditions that affect many young lives. Additionally, the NGO supported one lung operation, which is crucial for children suffering from severe respiratory issues, and one leg operation to help a child regain mobility. Furthermore, they provided a cochlear implant, giving a child the chance to hear and communicate, which can greatly enhance their quality of life. These initiatives highlight the NGO’s commitment to improving children’s health and well-being, demonstrating the impact of compassionate community support.

HRC Right to Information Trust NGO offers food donations through three key programs:

1. Happy Meals: This initiative provides free meals specifically for homeless individuals and those living in poverty, ensuring they receive nutritious food and support.

2. Rs 10/- Meals: Targeted at economically disadvantaged individuals and daily laborers, this program offers meals at an affordable price of Rs 10, making it easier for those struggling financially to access nourishing food.

3. Late Meals: Recognizing the needs of those without regular access to food, this program serves free meals after 11 PM, catering to individuals who may be working late or have no other dining options.

Together, these programs aim to combat hunger and support vulnerable populations in the community.

The HRC Right to Information Trust NGO has undertaken an initiative to distribute steel plates and glasses to government school students. This program aims to promote health and hygiene among students by providing durable, reusable tableware, thereby reducing reliance on single-use plastics.

The initiative not only supports better eating practices but also fosters environmental awareness among young students. The distribution is typically organized in collaboration with local schools, ensuring that the materials reach those in need effectively.

Such efforts align with broader goals of improving educational outcomes and promoting sustainable practices within the community

The HRC Right to Information Trust NGO has conducted a significant awareness campaign aimed at stopping child begging. This initiative focuses on educating communities about the issues surrounding child begging, including the exploitation and dangers faced by vulnerable children.

As part of the campaign, the NGO has actively rescued child beggars, providing them with support and rehabilitation. They work to counsel parents, addressing the root causes of child begging, such as poverty and lack of education. The goal is to offer families alternative livelihoods and resources, reducing their reliance on sending children to beg.

The campaign not only raises awareness but also advocates for policy changes and community support systems to protect children and promote their rights. Through these efforts, the NGO aims to create a safer environment for children and encourage community responsibility in safeguarding their well-being.

The HRC Right to Information Trust NGO has implemented an awareness program focusing on the rescue and empowerment of girl children, aligning with the national initiative “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.” This program aims to address issues such as gender discrimination, child marriage, and lack of education for girls.

Through various activities, the NGO raises awareness about the importance of educating and protecting girl children. They conduct workshops and community outreach programs to highlight the value of girls in society and the need for their rights to be upheld.

Additionally, the NGO actively works to rescue girls who are at risk or have been subjected to exploitation. They provide support services, including counseling, education, and rehabilitation, helping to reintegrate these girls into society.

The initiative strives to create a supportive environment for girls, encouraging families and communities to prioritize their education and well-being.
