Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
HRC Right to Information Trust (“we,” “us,” “our”) appreciates your support through donations and contributions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules and procedures regarding donations made via hrcrti.org or other authorized channels.
2. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and intended to support the charitable activities of HRC Right to Information Trust, including healthcare, education, social welfare, and awareness programs.
- Once a donation is successfully processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Donations made through payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe, UPI, credit/debit cards) are final.
- Donors receive a confirmation email and digital receipt immediately after successful payment.
3. Cancellations
- If a donor initiates a payment but the transaction fails or is declined, no funds will be collected, and no action is required.
- Any technical errors during the donation process must be reported immediately to support@hrcrti.org. We will assist in resolving the issue but cannot guarantee reversal for already completed donations.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are considered only in rare cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment due to technical errors
- Payment gateway or bank processing mistakes
All such cases must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same payment method used by the donor.
